1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the bangowin platform and its users. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — refers collectively to the bangowin website, application and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on or uses the bangowin platform.
• "Services" — all online gaming, sports betting, live casino and related facilities provided by bangowin.
• "Account" — each individual user profile created through registration.
• "Funds" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited into a user's account.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the services on the bangowin platform:

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account may be created per person.
• Multiple accounts at the same household address are not permitted.

2.2 Information Provided at Registration

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. If false information is provided, bangowin reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit any funds held in it. If any details change, the user must notify the support team without delay.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing an account with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use of the account is suspected, the bangowin support team must be notified immediately via live chat.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bangowin is committed to responsible gaming and strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. To this end:

• bangowin may request documents to verify a user's identity and age at any time.
• A National ID card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate are acceptable documents for identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
• Accounts registered with a false age or identity, along with all funds in those accounts, will be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on the bangowin platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• bangowin reserves the right to delay a withdrawal until any additional verification is completed.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). It is the user's own responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties. bangowin does not provide tax advice.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bangowin offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. These bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• bangowin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• By accepting a bonus, the specific terms and conditions attached to it apply automatically.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

bangowin is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games.

6.1 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules — please read them carefully before playing.
• If the network connection is lost, a session may continue — in such cases, the result will be determined according to the established rules.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a software error or technical issue, bangowin reserves the right to void that round or session.

6.2 RNG and Fairness

6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding or coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling, transferring or renting an account to a third party.
• Harassing, intimidating or insulting other users.
• Creating artificial or unusual betting patterns to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by bangowin

bangowin reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to verify identity or age, or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. All legitimate funds are withdrawable before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming
